(“Swisher”) Neon Nights Light-Up Bag Offer (“Offer”) begins on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 12:00pm EST, and ends on September 1, 2026 at 12:00am EST, or when supplies (500 total) are exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from responsibility for this Offer.
Offer open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age-verified 21 years of age or older. To receive one (1) Neon Nights Light-Up Bag, while supplies last, either visit SwisherSweets.com and follow the directions to request the Offer, or go to the Swisher Sweets Instagram page, “like” the latest Neon Nights Offer post, and follow subsequent directions to post a comment and submit an Offer request. All participants will be formally age-verified 21+ via review of valid government-issued identification. Not combinable with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) Offer request per person for the entire Offer Period, regardless of method of participation. Offer requests generated by script, macro, or other automated or improper means are void. Offer recipients are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Allow 6 to 8 weeks from date of Offer request receipt and confirmation of 21+ age verification for delivery to the mailing address specified in the Offer request.

Released Parties and Instagram are not responsible for, and by accepting this Offer, participant hereby fully, irrevocably, and forever releases the Released Parties and Instagram from any damages, claims, and other loss related to lost, late, incomplete, garbled, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered Offer requests or samples; lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, the processing of Offer requests, or in any Offer-related materials; injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Swisher, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Swisher’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Swisher, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or submission of information, Swisher reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Swisher which are final and binding, and (ii) to fully, irrevocably, and forever release and hold harmless the Released Parties and Instagram for, from, and against any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death and damage to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer or acceptance, use, and/or misuse by any person of the item that is the subject of this Offer.
